Vanilla & Ginger Tom Collins

50ml Bogowski vanilla gin
30ml lemon juice
20ml ginger syrup
Top up with mineral water
Pour all ingredients except mineral water into a shaker, add ice, and shake well. Pour the cocktail into a Collins or Highball glass with ice, top up with mineral water, and garnish with a slice of lemon or ginger.
Ginger syrup - 100ml hot ginger tea and 100g white sugar, stir until the sugar dissolves, or boil fresh ginger instead of tea. Adjust the amount of fresh ginger to personal preference.
Vanilla Clover Club

50ml Bogowski vanilla gin
20ml lemon juice
25ml Monin raspberry purée
1 egg white (optional)
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake well. After shaking, discard the ice from the shaker, shake again, and strain through a fine sieve into a martini or coupe glass. Garnish with dehydrated lemon or raspberries on a stick.
Vanilla Gimlet

50ml Bogowski vanilla gin
25ml lime juice
15ml sugar syrup
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain the cocktail through a fine sieve into a martini or coupe glass and garnish with a lime peel twist.
Sugar syrup is prepared in a 1:1 ratio. Use equal parts water and sugar.
